As happy residents move into their beautiful Pulse and Pavilion apartments delivered by Parkview for Sekisui House Australia, attention is turning to Melrose Park Village, the next exciting stage of the master planned community at Melrose Park North.
With good weather in recent months, Melrose Park Village is progressing well, with the structural piling and capping beams completed on all sides, and the final levels of basement excavation at the northern end of the site not far behind. In the coming months, our team will complete the underground car park and then move on to laying the first slab.
