The true architectural beauty of our Shell Cove project Nautilus is now being realised, with the dismantling of scaffolding to all but Building A’s curved northern façade now complete.
The centrepiece of The Waterfront development, Nautilus is on target to commence handover to our clients and joint venture partners Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council later this year.
Our project team is currently installing balustrading to the top floors of the main building, with the remaining scaffold to be systematically removed as balustrade installation progresses. Elsewhere, the swimming pool has been formed and successfully tested and the planter boxes have been filled with soil, bringing us closer to the final central podium appearance within coming weeks.
