Parkview continues to make impressive strides as construction progresses on the lavish retirement living precinct at Newgreens, Chatswood.
With two cranes now in operation, concrete pours to the Watermark Residences are well underway, with the Chatswood Golf Clubhouse not far behind. Detailed excavation and rock anchoring and shotcrete works to stabilise the rock face are nearing completion. More than 100,000 tonnes of rock have now been excavated and crushed, in readiness for use in the construction of the meticulously designed 12-hole golf course.
The Newgreens precinct is poised to set a new standard for retirement living - offering elegant, contemporary retirement residences, unrivalled golf course facilities, and a wealth of entertainment and recreation spaces.
