Norwest Quarter Update

October 12, 2023

Stage 1 of Mulpha International's ground-breaking sustainable residential development, Norwest Quarter, will soon be out of the ground with the two towers, Banksia and Lacebark, starting to take shape.

Located in Sydney’s Hills district and backed by green loans through the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and ANZ, Norwest Quarter will deliver 184 net zero-ready apartments. Powered by 100 per cent renewable energy (all electric and gas-free), the development will consume 50 per cent less electricity from the grid, slashing energy costs for residents.

Support for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, solar rooftops and the use of low emission building materials will also be included, alongside features that support the circular economy such as recycled water for toilets and onsite organic waste treatment.

Already our team on the ground has completed the challenging task of pouring all ground floor podium slabs, and is nearing completion of those on level 1, with the scaffolding now underway around the two buildings.

Parkview is looking forward to watching these beauties rise! In the meantime, check out this bird’s eye view of the latest progress on site…
