Stage 2 of the Turner-designed masterplanned Sanctuary community is quickly taking shape for our long-standing clients, Sekisui House, as evidenced by these fabulous aerial view overlooking the Parramatta River.
Located alongside the award-winning Stage 1 Landing, Stage 2 features two residential mid-rise towers buildings Laguna and Glade originally designed by PBD Architects, as well as the Revive Health Club and central community neighbourhood green.
Our onsite team reports the level 2 slabs have been poured for Laguna, with the main podium slabs progressing well. All ground slabs are nearing completion, while the first suspended building pours for Glade will be underway shortly.
What a gorgeous view residents will be privy to when these beauties come to life!
