Elara Village Shopping Centre

Connecting local residents to quality amenities, the $52 million local town centre is spread over 28,000sqm and provides a much needed community centre to the residents of Marsden Park.

The shopping centre features a retail arcade featuring front-of-house and back-of-house areas, and includes a 3,573m2 full-line Coles supermarket and Liquorland and complementary specialty retailers: cafés and eateries, Snap Fitness, a 1,700m2 Castle Medical Marsden Park medical precinct, dental, beauty, and barber.

Also included is the childcare centre Good Start Early Learning Elara and the Blacktown City Council Neighbourhood Centre. There is also a level 1 area which offers a gym tenancy, basement floor including a fire pump room, and a loading dock. Works also included 370 carpark spaces and associated landscaping, sunshades and public domain works.
