Nautilus

With a curving crescent that follows the promontory of the marina at The Waterfront, Shell Cove, it’s little wonder Nautilus has garnered national recognition for its unique semi-circular design. The highly anticipated luxury apartments won the coveted 2022 UDIA National Award for Excellence in Design, after also being crowned the UDIA NSW State winner.

Offering sweeping views of the world-class Shellharbour marina and Pacific Ocean and across the Illawarra escarpment, the project features 116 beautifully appointed waterfront residences sited across two buildings.
