Newgreens Precinct

Parkview is partnering with Pariter, Watermark Living and Chatswood Golf Club as the head contractor for the visionary Newgreens precinct, an integrated seniors living and resort style club development on Sydney’s lower north shore.

Newgreens will offer unrivalled club, food and beverage, health and wellness facilities, alongside the resort-style luxurious Watermark Residences and an upgraded Chatswood Golf Course.

Works will include two five-storey buildings offering 106 contemporary and sustainable independent living units, a four-storey building housing the new Clubhouse, aquatic and entertainment facilities, three levels of basement car parking, associated golf course upgrade and extensive landscaping.

Designed to nestle along the natural escarpment line, surrounded by lush native bushland, and bounded by the Lane Cove River, Watermark Residences and the new Chatswood Golf Club House and facilities will create a new legacy for the long-standing Club. With over 85 years of history, the precinct is set to become an intergenerational haven of golf, wellness, and luxury resort style living.
