Sanctuary: Laguna & Glade

Laguna and Glade form the second stage to be delivered as part of the Turner-designed Sanctuary masterplan community in Wentworth Point for Sekisui House. 

Designed by PBD Architects, Laguna and Glade set a new benchmark for residential living. Located at the heart of Sanctuary, the two residential mid-rise towers will house 163 premium waterside apartments, offering a mix of apartment types including new four-bedroom options.

With a focus on health and wellbeing, Stage 2 will also provide a publicly accessible neighbourhood green, an elevated, flexible pavilion and BBQ area, and the Revive Health Club - a sophisticated two-storey indoor/outdoor gym facility and heated swimming pool.
