Woolooware Bay Town Centre Stage 4

Following on from the successful completion of Stages 1 to 3, Parkview was again signed as the head contractor for the fourth and final stage of the urban renewal master-planned community known as Woolooware Bay Town Centre. The mammoth project covers the residential, hotel, retail and commercial sectors.

The two-storey Bay Central retail centre (approx. 18,000m2), features approximately 50 specialty tenancies, 26 food and beverage tenancies, three majors (ALDI, Woolworths, and Dan Murphy’s), three mini majors, and 12 kiosk style tenancies.

Set above the retail precinct, five residential buildings provide a mix of 255 apartments and offer resort style facilities including an infinity-edge pool, outdoor cabanas, barbecue facilities, contemporary children’s play areas and community rooms, while adjacent to the residential section is the 71-Key Quest Hotel.
